Mortgage Payment Coupon Book

Wednesday, Dec 10, 2008

Question: We closed on our house on Aug. 22 of this year and still to this day have not recieved a payment coupon book or statement, is there any way we can get one soon?

Answer: Thank you for visiting Bills.com. Here is an answer to your question - which I think I can help you with.

You are not in a rare situation, many times lenders will actually 'sell' the servicing rights to your loan and it can take some time for you to get your mortgage payment coupon books. It's also likely that they will offer you a discount or an incentive to do automatic
e-payments every month.

For now, you can call your lender and request the coupon book. Trust me, these days they will be pleased that you are looking to make a payment!

Ralph, Bills.com is an independent "information only" website and we do not provide mortgage loans directly, rather we put you in touch with other mortgage companies. If you happened to use Bills.com to get matched with other lenders, then one of matched lenders would have bought your loan. If you need information about your matches, please write to customercare@bills.com.
