Thursday, Apr 12, 2007

Question: What are the advantages and disadvantages of including yearly taxes and insurance premiums in a mortgage loan?

Answer: Many consumers like to include mortgage and insurance payments in their monthly payment (and many mortgage lenders require it!) because it smooths out the payments, instead of having a shock at year end when one large payment is due.

I hope that his helps you make the right decision for your particular situation, but be sure to shop around and find a loan that meets
