Unwilling to help or talk to you if you can make your payments. Will hang up on you if you get tough with questions, and refuse to help you. When you push they tell you to call One Main Financial, which will tell you they cannot help and to call Citi-Finincial.

Citifinancial still offers unsecured loans.

Citi financial is about the only guy out there still offering personal loans; not bank of america, chase or anyone else seems to be doing these loans. Their rates are not good, but at least they have the loans.

Citifinanical customer service is not good. I wanted to make a payment for my husband. I got transferred and giving different numbers about four or five times. I still could not make a payment. Its like they want you to get behind.
