As First Republic Bank has become larger, it is still able to give borrowers the personal attention that is lacking with most large banking firms, while still giving them big-bank rates.

Pros: Great Technology, Loan Officers Readily Available To Answer All Questions.
Cons: High Fees, Strict Underwriting.

First republic was my lender and they offered me a chance to get a good 30 year fixed loan. My loan officer (and her team) were very professional, but it took quite a while to get the loan funded. OVerall a good experience with First Republic.
