The Opportunity Finder

Bills.com has added another tool to help our clients fund more loans. The OPF (as it is affectionately known) identifies lead profiles that are not getting fully matched within our Lender Network. This helps us tailor a filter that will generate leads with less competition and potentially a greater close rate for you. Please contact your AE to put this high-performance tool to work for you.

Thank You Page Lender Introduction

Bills.com has always believed that by introducing our matched lenders to the applicant on the Thank You page and sending the applicant an instant email with the same lender information, the applicant has a stronger connection to their lenders and will respond more openly to lender contacts and quotes. We have redesigned our Thank You Page to more effectively display the lender matches to each applicant – if you are currently receiving lender matches, please contact your Bills.com AE to make sure we have your most recent logo and promotional statement.


Tip of the Month


Quick Sales Tip Gaining rapid trust can be the difference between moving to the next step and losing a prospect. Remember: People like people who are like them. Pay close attention to how the prospect speaks. Utilize descriptive words that they use: “I would like to see what my options are”, respond with visual words: “Mrs. Smith, it appears that I can offer you __”. For a prospect, that uses “touch” descriptions try words like: Feel, Believe, and Sense. Lastly, mirror their style of speech; if they talk fast, you talk fast. Good Luck!
