Be one of the first to log on.
FHA Select
With FHA Select lenders will only be matched with applicants whose desired loan amount is below the FHA loan limit for their county of residence. In real-time, Bills.com confirms the FHA loan limit with the HUD database and appends it to the lead detail. In addition to the current lead information, partners will also receive the FHA loan limit and county of residence. FHA Select can be added to a new or existing filter and will override any existing loan amount maximum.
Be one of the first to log on. Stimulus Select
Partners receive leads from applicants who are in high-cost areas and are eligible for the jumbo-conforming loan product. By activating the Stimulus Limit within a filter, the current maximum loan amount will be replaced in eligible counties by the new Fannie Mae limit. Campaign Lead Limits
You now have the ability to set a maximum number of leads that you want to receive, regardless of the amount of time in which you receive them. This is especially helpful for new lenders that are just starting on the Bills.com Lender Network and want to begin with a set number of leads (i.e. 100 leads) or for clients with very tight budgets. |

Time Management Tips
The most successful sales teams know the value of time management. Remove aspects of your day that do not generate revenue for you and your company during the prime selling hours. Block out your day for paperwork before and after prime hours. If you have not already, create templates for repetitive emails that can be quickly populated and sent. Automate processes whenever possible.
55 of the 252 Sales Days in 2008 have come and gone. Going forward, if you make 3 extra calls at the end of each day, you will have effectively added 591 calls by the end of the year.
