How does Bills.com generate leads?

We generate all leads through websites we own and operate, primarily Bills.com and TheEasyLoanSite.com. Traffic sources:

  • 85% search marketing: Google, Yahoo, MSN
  • 15% new channels: banner, email and partners

What information will the lead provide?

Applicants provide ~25 fields of information, consisting of current and desired loan situation, contact information.


What is your Lead Verification Process?

TargusInfo, a 3rd party vendor, verifies the Name, Address, and Phone Number of each applicant in real-time. Bogus leads are reduced to 2-5%.


How are Lenders Matched?

Matches are based on your specific filter requirements, including: property state, LTV, credit standing, loan amount, loan type (no filter charges)

A maximum of four matched lenders are introduced to applicants on the confirmation page.

How are leads transmitted?

Leads are sent in real-time - you may catch the consumer still on the Bills.com site! - thru the following:

  • Email
  • LMS platforms, including: Leads360, Kaleidico, LeadMailbox, LeadROI, Mortech, LoanXEngine
  • Custom integrations, on request

How do the leads convert?

Clients range in performance, but your expectation of us should be:

  • Contact rate 70-80%
  • Lead to loan 2.5-3%
  • Application rate 22-30%

Prices will vary by Loan Type and Filter Requirements:

  • Refinance    $18-22
  • HELOC       $12-15
  • Purchase    $8

Can I return bad leads?

Returns accepted within five business days of receipt, if the lead contains bad phone numbers and/ or bogus personal information.

How do we pay?

  • Prepaid or weekly credit card payment based on leads received
  • No set up fees, closed loan fees or minimums
