BILL'S ANSWER

Well... the answer is probably 'other' -- since it is not black or white.

The very quick answer is that unless your name is on the title to the home (which is sounds like it is not)... then unfortunately the home won't show up if someone does an asset verification for you.

However, I can tell you that if you live in a 'community property' state, then even though you are not listed on the mortgage or the home title... you still own (and owe) 50% of the home (and mortgage).

What you really should do is to apply and see what happens.

An article about auto refinance loans is available at http://www.bills.com/refinance-car-loan-articlebills/

The Bills.com Savings Center, available at the top of most pages on Bills.com, is a good place to start your search for a lender willing to refinance your auto loan. I also know that Capital One (www.capitalone.com) does a lot in the auto finance world. Given your credit score and your current interest rate, I am hopeful that you will be able to find a lender able to help you lower the interest on your current auto loan.

I wish you the best of luck,

Bill
