Sean McNemar was our lending agent. Sean is very knowledgable, prompt and caring professional. From the first call until closing he was always availbity for any question we might have. He was able to help us save over $700.00 a month. Thanks again Sean and Sure Point Lending.

If you get Sure Point Lending for your mortgage loan, run the other way. After multiple requests on my part for what they needed, and sending it I kept getting told "we are waiting to hear from the underwriting department." They sent multiple "good faith estimates" or GFEs all with different numbers on it. When it finally came down to the end they added a "lock in fee" of $2,800 for a "re-lock" because now it has exceeded the 30 days, mind you I had turned EVERYTHING in, including 2 paycheck stubs and a verification from my employer & NO LOAN. I had a bad experience with Sure Point and I think that they are a ripoff.

The service was great the only thing that was kind of a pain, was having to send up info for ever. I probably sent up 10 packets before we got it finish. Maybe that could be cut some. But, as far as the person helping me the service was great and she worked long hours and week-ends to get this finished. Thanks for your help.

I recived a call from a representative after I submitted an initial request. On a Friday afternoon, a representative from SurePoint spoke to me on the phone for several minutes gathering information and promised to call me back on Monday. The representative never called back or attempted to contact me again. I telephoned her and she did not return my calls. I closed on a mortgage loan with Quicken Loans at the end of the year.

Felt completely misled during the entire process. Closing cost fees drastically increased right before closing.

I contacted them and three other lenders. One local mortgage company worked with me to determine how to structure my refinance. Surepoint was unwilling to work with me at all even though I have a nearly perfect credit history. They didn't seem to have the expertise necessary to accomplish the task.

Sure point did an excellent job helping us through the loan process. The only complaint that I have is that thier were times when communication was lacking. All thinkg considered though they did a great job of working us through all the hurdles to getting a loan.

Surepoint lending did not have the best rates out there. when I told them about who were going to go with, they started to re-calculate their numbers without the closing costs figured in. they appeared very upset when I told them. The company which had the best rates was Journey Financial. they were very polite and very up front about EVERYTHING. They also had the best percentage rates without any points
