Bills.com earned the No. 257 spot on the list for its rapid revenue growth

SAN MATEO, Calif., Aug. 22, 2008 - Bills.com has earned a spot on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in America.

Bills.com earned the No. 257 spot on the list for its rapid revenue growth the past three years, and its accomplishments since its 2002 founding. With 2007 revenues of $43.5 million, the company has grown 1,021.8 percent since 2004.

The annual Inc. 500 and corresponding Inc. 5000 lists are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2004, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent -- not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies -- as of December 31, 2007. Revenue in 2004 must have been at least $200,000, and revenue in 2007 must have been at least $2 million.

Bills.com also ranked No. 12 among Inc.'s Top 100 Businesses in San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont, CA and No. 17 among the Top 100 Financial Services Companies.

The company anticipates continued growth, projecting 2008 revenues of more than $80 million. With partner company Freedom Financial Network, LLC, Bills.com employs 420 employees at its San Mateo, Sacramento, and Tempe (Ariz.) offices. The company projects a total of 550 employees by the end of 2008.
