I have been working with this company for over 2 years to get a remodification and every time I think that everything is in they come up with something else to get or to repeat the same documents to be sent again. It has me I time wonder why do I keep letting them abuse me and just get a Lawyer.

I totally agree with you. We have been trying for 2 years for a modificaion.We have had our attorney involved for a year. They will not allow me to go on line to make my payments, get info, or any thing else. When I call in they tell that the person I need to talk to is not in, bc they won't allow who ever answers my calls to give me any info. I leave my phone number but no one ever returns my calls. Today I called a different number to ask how I can get the paperwork to fill out for a modificaion bc they are now AuroraFSB . After putting in all the info they asked for they disconnected me. They are the absolute worst company to deal with.

OMG !!!! I thought it was something personal from them to my file but I can see that they just suck !!!!!!! it is the worst service I have never experience in my life !!!!!

I'm not sure how this rating is calculated but Aurora shure as heck doesn't get anywhere near 4 out of 5 starts from me! No matter how many times you call in they are never helpful or even kind, for that matter. They will lie to you about the loan modification program (it's really non-existant) and are completely unwilling to help homeowners modify, fix, or refinance their loans so they can keep their homes. Worst ever! On every level. I would never recommend them to anyone.

why will aurora loans not give me the info to calculate the re setting process? the rep on the phone told me it upsets the customers too much!!!!!

Aurora Loan services should be sued!

They have been bailed out by President Obama, but their loan modification process is a scam. Their is a class action suit pending in CA already. I am about to join these people that are suing Aurora for deceptive lending practices.They are liars!

The person i spoke with was awesome!!! But I think it is a crying shame that a good standing customer ask to defer one payment so they are not late and to catch up and you say "no sorry we don't do that", but we can hook me up with the President Obama's Homeowner Affordability and Stability Plan program bull crap. Joke!!

Aurora are THIEVES OUT TO SCREW YOU !

Aurora is not out to help any working person they are only interested in taking homes from people that got cought up in the morgage frenzy that was set into place so they could get rich. ask yourself a Question? Why would Aurora foreclose on a house and not except a bid on the house for 100.ooo'oo. then turn around and sell yhe house50.000.00. The answer is simple the goverment bailed Aurora out with tax payer money and is being conpinsated for any money lost.THE GOVERMENT ONLY HELPED THE BIG BANKS AT A COST
