My husband was disgusted with th mortgae refi business so I have been the one to get our refis done over the years. I was planning to refinance with another mortgage banker but Charlie asked to earn my business. He did both he and Jim were available and knowledgable. They delivered on every thing they promised, from returning phone calls to the actual costs of refinancing. We closed yesterday and everything went smoothly. My husband is now a believer and we would recommend Heritage to every one we know.

In my experience, it has been difficult to find either a real estate agent or mortgage broker who worked for me and not the seller or the banks.
