I called my chase rep and they helped me actually get into a new debt consolidation program, and I am going to try a credit counseling program first and then apply for a consolidation loan in a year or two.

Chase Bank continues to cheat me. charging annual fees over and over at different amounts. They harrasses all hours of the night when they think you owe money when you proved in a cancelled check you paid it. They are terrible.

Chase bank mortgage - they are crooks. due to a home invasion robbery, they transferred our mortgage, after being 4-5 months to LBPS.i could have paid up to date and even made arrangements. i was not even 6 months behind then. they changed their minds... put me in pre foreclosure, knowing i could pay. its their job to drive you to this. i have owned this home 26 years. now, disabled and almost 60, i will be homeless
