The service was just flat out terrible, but of the three firms that i shopped for loans and banking it seemed like PNC Bank had the best mortgage rates for me. So, i give them 4 stars.

I had financed a used vehicle and they botched up the paperwork so badly that the manufacturer will not release the title, but they established the loan and still hold me responsible. I cannot drive or license my $33k car due to PNC's horrendous handling of the title work. And they are still holding me to the loan. It's been two months and no sight of a resolution. The manufacturer got their pay-off and they consider the car still owned by the prior owner, who is unreachable. Destroying my great credit
