The Survey is sponsored by Bills.com LLC ("Sponsor") located at 1875 S. Grant Street, Suite 500, San Mateo, CA 94402, 800-998-7497.

Eligibility:

Sweepstakes period begins on October 19, 2015 at 12:01AM PST and concludes on June 30, 2016 at 11:59PM PST.

The Survey is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older, and who receive an email from Sponsor requesting the recipient complete a survey and/or rate their mortgage shopping experience on Bills.com ("Survey Recipient"). No Survey response can be submitted by a person other than the Survey Recipient. Only one (1) Survey response is permitted per Survey Recipient. The Survey is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited by law.

Incentive:

Survey Recipients who fully and completely respond to the Survey, within the time period specified in Sponsor’s Survey email, will be entered for a chance to win one (1) of five (5) $100 Amazon gift cards ("Survey Incentive"). Survey Incentives may be emailed to Survey Recipients’ email address or mailed to their U.S. postal address, as requested, at Sponsor’s discretion. Processing times may vary. Survey Incentives that are undeliverable for whatever reason (including, without limitation, because Survey Recipients failed to provide accurate address information) will not be re-sent and are forfeited.

Survey Recipients may not substitute or redeem the Survey Incentive with Sponsor for cash. Survey Recipients are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with the Survey Incentive. Survey Incentives are awarded "as is" without any warranty or guaranty, either express or implied. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Survey Incentive with another incentive of comparable value.

Agreement to the Rules:

By participating in the Survey, Survey Recipient unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Official Rules.

Ownership and Use of Survey Submissions:

By submitting a Survey response, Survey Recipient acknowledges and agrees Sponsor shall own all rights to their Survey response.

Release:

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SURVEY, SURVEY RECIPIENTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, INJURIES, LIABILITY, LOSSES, DAMAGES OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OUT OF SURVEY RECIPIENT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SURVEY, ANY SURVEY-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE SURVEY INCENTIVE. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH SAYS, "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."

The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected Survey responses or for unavailable networks, servers, websites or other connections, failed transmissions, or any other errors or difficulties of any kind relating to the Survey, including but not limited to incorrect uploading of the Survey responses or administration of the Survey. The Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Survey Recipients, tampering, equipment, or programming associated with or utilized in the Survey.

Consent to Use Information:

By participating in the Survey, Survey Recipients agree to (a) the use of the contents of their Survey response and any information Sponsor collects from them including, without limitation, their name, voice, performance, photograph/video, image and/or likeness for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designee, without compensation or additional consents from Survey Recipient or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and (b) to execute a specific consent to such use if asked to do so.

Limitation of Liability:

When permitted by applicable law, Survey Recipient waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, punitive, consequential, reliance, exemplary, direct, or indirect damages arising out of or related in any way to the Survey, regardless of whether Sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Additionally, in no event will Sponsor be liable for Survey Recipient’s attorneys’ fees. Except as required by applicable law, Sponsor’s liability will be limited to the cost of responding to the Survey.

Disputes:

Except where prohibited by law, Survey Recipient agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Survey or any Survey Incentive shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in and resolved in a court of law in San Mateo County, California.

General Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to suspend or terminate the Survey in whole or in part, or to modify the Survey in the event of any act, occurrence, or circumstance that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Survey including, without limitation, interference or impairment by fraud, virus or technical problems.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Survey Recipient suspected of violating the Official Rules or manipulating the Survey response process or acting in a manner detrimental to the Survey. In the event of such disqualification, the associated Survey response shall be void and no Survey Incentive shall be awarded. Sponsor may seek damages from any person violating the Official Rules or attempting to disrupt Survey operation. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any Rule is not a waiver of that provision.

Governing Law:

All claims, issues and disputes, including questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights of Survey Recipients or Sponsor, or Sponsor’s obligations will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Severability:

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
