Now, for your question:

Yes, Global Client Solutions (GCS) and Rocky Mountain Bank and Trust (RMBT) are good and trusted providers. Global Client Solutions is a payment processing firm that clears transactions to make certain that the payments are executed correctly. Rocky Mountain Bank & Trust is an FDIC insured bank based in Colorado that holds deposits just like any other bank would. Together, they offer a secure deposit resource where consumers can deposit and hold funds that accumulate for later release for settlements or payments. Rocky Mountain Bank & Trust also has a small commercial real estate group.

If you are seeking debt resolution or negotiated debt settlement, then here is some information on that debt relief alternative:

Debt Settlement

Debt settlement, also called debt negotiation, is a form of online debt consolidation that cuts your total debt, sometimes over 50%, with lower monthly payments. Debt settlement programs typically run around three years. It is important to keep in mind, however, that during the life of your debt settlement program, you are NOT paying your creditors. This means that a debt settlement solution of online debt consolidation will negatively impact your credit rating. Your credit rating will not be good, at a minimum, for the term of your debt settlement program. However, debt settlement is usually the fastest and cheapest way to debt freedom, with a low monthly payment, while avoiding Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The trade-off here is a negative credit rating versus saving money.

Hi Bill, I have just been debt free. Yoohooo! My debt amounting to almost $18,000 has been settled. Thanks to Freedom Debt Relief!!! I ended up paying only about 50% in a duration of 5 years. I highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone that needs help making debt settlements. In this connection, Freedom Debt Relief has sent a letter telling me to send a request to close my Special Purpose Account through Rocky Mountain Bank and Trust and that this request be mailed or faxed to Global Client Solutions so I can be refunded with my excess funds. When I read reviews about Global Client Solutions, there have been a lot of negative feedback about them. Please advise me on what I should do. Thanks in advance. Andre

Andre, Congratulations on becoming debt free!!

I suggest that you follow the instructions that Freedom Debt Relief gave you, in order to get the refund on any money left in your special purpose account. If you have any problems, which I doubt that you will, then contact the Freedom Debt Relief customer service department.

Separately, I recommend that you continue to set aside whatever amount you have been making as a monthly payment to Freedom Debt Relief and use it to build a rainy-day fund, to start a retirement account, or save for some important purchase you wish to make.

I do not have any information on that company. I suggest you read Reputable Debt Settlement and see if the company you mentioned is a member of TASC or IAPDA. Member companies state they will adhere to TASC and IAPDA guidelines, which is a clue to their focus on customer satisfaction.
