Bills.com's Review

Debt Help Center USA does not directly provide debt help. Instead, Debt Help Center USA makes money by selling leads to providers of debt resolution services. The entire Debt Help Center USA Web site is only a one page form and a one page privacy policy. They sell your information to debt relief providers.

About Debt Help Center USA

The lack of content at the Debt Help Center USA site is concerning. There is no way to know who you are dealing with. Clicking on the 'privacy policy' link on the home page takes you to a page that references Leadsnet, a lead generation company that makes money selling your information to debt relief providers. Your information may be passed to a quality debt relief provider or one with a poor reputation. The company that receives your information from Debt Help Center USA/Leadsnet is not bound by the Debt Help Center USA privacy policy. In their own words, "this policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Leadsnet does not own or control, or to people that Leadsnet does not employ." If you leave your name and information with them, it is not clear with whom you will be working to get debt relief and what is done with your information. The lack of any information about the company (where it is located, how long it has been in business, how many clients it has helped, etc.) also is concerning, as is lack of any supporting content about debt or other financial matters. Bills.com does not recommend using this site to resolve your debt problems.
