My father's home is in a reverse mortgage which he did the loan when the market was high. The reverse mtg was written for $280K. The house is now worth $130K. I've owned a home for two years. APR is approximately 6.5% I have a VA mortgage. I would like to refinance and possibly get a lower monthly payment. I'm not sure I can refinance having a VA mortgage
