She is working to get it modified but would there be a problem since the property is in my name? All the paperwork the bank has asked for so far (insurance letter etc) are all in my mom's name still but the property tax notice is in my name. Will the bank be unreceptive because of this?...

I live in Florida, can I be charged with theft by check? I used Langhorne Debt solutions to resolve my payday loans, but Summit Group LLC, and CMG group said they don't work with them. Now they are stating that I owe them $6,000 which is 3K per loan. The original loan amount was only $300.

My brother never signed any paper as co-buyer. I signed as co-buyer. The next day...

Jun/09Mark CappelJune 26, 2009We opened a business line of credit in about 1985 in the name of our corporation. We sold the business in 1993 to a friend and stupidly left him to pay the line of credit. It has been 60-90 days behind for 15 years but has never showed up on our credit report. Now a collection company is calling wanting us to pay it off. Will this ever show up on our personal credit if we ignore it?
